The client’s vision was clear—they wanted a striking, sophisticated mosaic for their pool. Inspired by the timeless opulence of Versace’s iconic patterns, we proposed a bold design centered around the powerful Medusa motif. Combining Greco-Roman aesthetics with modern luxury, the design incorporated Greek meanders, elegant scrolls, and golden accents, perfectly reflecting the estate’s grandeur and style.
Fusion of Myth & Luxury
This project aimed to blend tradition with contemporary elegance. Through close collaboration with the client, we selected motifs that reflected their vision, with the Medusa medallion at the pool’s center symbolizing the fusion of classical mythology and modern luxury. Every detail, from the shimmering gold to the icy blues of the hot tub, was carefully chosen to create a timeless, luxurious focal point for their outdoor space.
The Signature Palette:
Rich Tones, Intricate Craftsmanship
We carefully selected over 30 hues, from regal gold to deep blues and blacks, to create depth and luxury. Hand-cut tiles, including 24k gold-foiled glass for the Medusa medallions, gleam in the sunlight, while vibrant blues contrast beautifully with the gold. Intricate details like Greek key patterns and subtle scrolls enhance the design’s classical refinement and modern vibrance.

A Timeless Fusion of Tradition & Modernity
The completed pool mosaic is a symbol of luxury, featuring two striking Medusa medallions—one in radiant 24k gold for the pool and another in icy blue for the hot tub. Greek key patterns and acanthus leaves enhance the design, creating a cohesive, grand effect. The gold Medusa gleams in the sun, while the blue tones of the hot tub offer a serene contrast. Roman borders and Greek meanders in the fountains tie the entire design together.
