The Design Direction: A Blend of Inspirations

Across five distinct rooms, we crafted a “world-building” experience where every doorway acts as a portal, moving through the home as a curated transition between climates.

Nature-Inspired Mosaics as Living Art

For this part of his home, the bathroom, our client embraced an eclectic, narrative-driven approach, seeking more than a singular “signature look.”

Rather than letting tiling serve as a mere backdrop, our design team positioned each mosaic mural as the room’s primary protagonist, turning the bathroom into a space that tells a story.

Moving from the nature-inspired mosaics, we explored a new chapter in the space with South Asian-inspired designs. These narrative mosaics bring cultural richness and storytelling to the walls, complementing the earlier wildlife murals while adding a fresh layer of visual intrigue. Completing the Series: Mediterranean Landscape Mosaics

To continue the story of this mosaic series, we created a three-panel wall installation inspired by the Mediterranean. The panels feature charming little homes, boats sailing across the water, and the warm, sunlit landscapes typical of the region. It adds a sense of calm and travel-like escapism to the space, complementing the earlier nature- and South Asian-inspired murals.

Alongside the wall panels, we also designed the mosaic tile flooring for the pool area. The flooring ties beautifully with the panels above, extending the artwork into the very ground you walk on and creating a fully immersive environment.

This final installation brings the series full circle, combining detailed storytelling, rich colors, and functional design, making the space feel like a continuous journey through different landscapes and narratives.
