Wonderful tiles and great experience. Buying mosiacs and tiles via a high quality service was the best decision here. The team especially Nada, we're helpful from design to delivery. Thank you for being part of building our home! 😍Posted on Google![]()

Nada and the team at MEC did a fantastic job with our kitchen backsplash! We loved the Erassa design on their website and they were very accommodating with updating it to reflect our own preferences. After making a number of tweaks and approving the final design, we received the completed mosaic earlier than expected and packaged very well. The installation went smoothly and we love looking at it every time we enter our kitchen!Posted on Google![]()

Zeeha and the entire Mec Artworks team were excellent to work with! I can't recommend them enough. We talked to lots of different companies when designing the custom mosaic for our pool, and Zeeha and her team were prompt, professional, and group we felt most comfortable proceeding with. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their end-product! The mosaic turned out beautiful, the communication through the process was reliable, and the installed mosaic is the centerpiece of the pool we were hoping for.Posted on Google![]()

I found MEC online searching for a mosaic Persian rug for my bathroom. I found the Este Custom Marble Persian Mosaic Rug and loved it the way it was but the sizing needed to be tweaked a little. Nada got back to me right away and was extremely helpful with making the necessary adjustments to maintain the integrity of the rug to fit the space. Nada sent samples, videos and a thoughtful presentation of of the piece with mock ups of how it would look in the space. We were so thrilled with how the rug turned out. I am still waiting for the full install but could not be more pleased with the whole process, communications and quality of MEC's work. I would highly recommend MEC to anyone who is thinking about a mosaic piece. Nada, Zeeha and team were a true pleasure to work with. (Pictures to come!)Posted on Google![]()

It has been a wonderful and fun experience to work with MEC on the design and execution of our kitchen mosaic. Nada was prompt and thorough with her replies, always giving us in-depth understanding and explanation when needed. We felt reassured throughout the whole process. Nada made sure that the end mosaic met our complete expectations. We were looking for more than a backsplash, and the mosaic created by MEC is truly a piece of art. This was an investment that not only pulled the room together, but also highlights a stunning piece of creativity. Very reasonably priced for the quality, beauty, and piece of art made with unique composition and creativity. Would do this again and again with MEC!Posted on Google![]()

We have now completed two projects with MEC. The results on both a large bath and full kitchen were outstanding. The design team was a pleasure to work with, they completed and delivered ahead of schedule, and the quality of the murals truly added a unique and high-quality to the rooms. I will look forward to working with them again.Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 31 reviewsVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Cafe Nameplate Entryway Mosaic
This Cafe Nameplate Entryway Mosaic is a cafe logo mosaic mat made for the threshold of a dining business, laying a business name and tagline directly into the walking surface where guests step in. The curved plaque shape and small leaf motifs give it a vintage signage feel underfoot.
The composition sits inside a double-line border, a cream field carrying the lettering in a muted olive tone that reads clearly from a distance. Crossed utensils and leaf sprigs sit either side of the text, balancing the panel without crowding the main name.
Built from tumbled stone tesserae, the piece has a cobbled, irregular texture rather than a flat printed surface, so the letters and border lines are formed tile by tile. The outer band uses solid green pieces to frame the whole mat cleanly against surrounding flooring.
Sized and shaped for a single doorway, this design is built to order with a different name, tagline or icon swapped in to suit a cafe, boutique or office entrance. It belongs with the custom logo and signage mosaics collection for businesses that want their entry to carry their identity.
Perfect For:
- Cafe and restaurant entrances
- Retail shop doorways
- Hotel lobby thresholds
- Boutique storefront floors
- Office reception entries
- Bistro and bar entryways
Script Logo Entryway Mosaic Mat
This Script Logo Entryway Mosaic Mat is a script logo entryway mosaic set at a doorway threshold, its wordmark rendered in flowing rust-brown script across a cream field, framed by a slim charcoal border.
The mat sits inside a wider diamond lattice of terracotta and cream stone, a pattern that reads clearly from a distance and still rewards a closer look at how each diamond is pieced together along its edges.
Every tessera is cut from tumbled stone, giving the surface a soft, worn texture rather than a glossy one, with warm variation in tone across the terracotta and cream pieces that keeps the field from looking flat.
Built as a custom logo and signage mosaic, the layout can be redrawn for a different name or wordmark while keeping this same cream ground, charcoal frame and diamond border treatment.
Perfect For:
- Boutique shop entrances
- Cafe and restaurant doorways
- Hotel lobby thresholds
- Showroom entry floors
- Office reception floors
- Retail storefront entries
Roman Wave Fish Floor Mosaic
This Roman Wave Fish Floor Mosaic brings a classical villa motif to a modern floor, built around the roman wave fish mosaic pattern that has marked grand interiors for centuries. Cream wave bands curl across a deep rust ground, each one carrying a small swimming fish rendered in the same pale stone.
The composition reads as a continuous current. Vertical wave lines bend gently side to side down the length of the floor, and a fish appears at intervals along several of the bands, facing into the direction of the flow. The spacing between fish varies, which keeps the repeat from feeling mechanical underfoot.
Every tessera is cut by hand from natural stone, so the wave edges curve smoothly rather than stepping in small increments. The rust field is built from tiny square and rectangular pieces set close together, while the cream waves use slightly larger, elongated tesserae that catch the light differently from the field around them.
This piece suits an entry hall, a formal living space, or any floor in a classical or Mediterranean-styled interior where a Roman motif feels at home. The palette and scale can be adjusted to fit a specific room, and the layout extends or shortens to match the footprint you need.
Perfect For:
- Classical villa entry floors
- Formal living room floors
- Mediterranean-style interiors
- Grand hallway flooring
- Museum or gallery lobby floors
- Boutique hotel reception floors
Roman Fan Pattern Floor Mosaic
This Roman Fan Pattern Floor Mosaic brings a classical villa motif to a grand entry or hallway floor. Rows of overlapping scalloped fans sweep across the field in warm gold and cream, bordered by a running Greek key meander. The layout reads as a single unbroken sheet once installed, with no visible repeat seams.
The composition is built from dense radiating ridges, each fan made of narrow stone wedges fanning out from a curved base. Alternating rows sit in gold and pale cream, separated by thin dark outlines that give the shell shapes their crisp edges and keep the pattern legible from across a room.
Every piece is cut from natural stone tesserae, hand set and tightly grouted for a flat, even surface. The palette runs from honey and travertine beige through to charcoal and near-black accents in the border, with small solid gold diamonds marking each corner.
The surrounding Greek key border frames the fan field on all sides, giving the floor a finished architectural edge that suits formal interiors. Sizing is made to order for the space it will fill, and a design team can confirm proportions and color balance before work begins. Request Price to start the conversation.
Perfect For:
- Grand entryway floors
- Formal hallway runners
- Classical villa interiors
- Reception area flooring
- Museum-style foyer floors
- Mediterranean-inspired living spaces
Roman Fish Floor Mosaic
The Roman fish floor mosaic scatters nine distinct fish across a pale cream floor, each one facing a different direction as if caught mid-swim. This Roman fish floor mosaic draws on the classical villa tradition of piscine floor panels, where aquatic life was laid underfoot rather than framed on a wall.
Every fish is built from tight rows of hand cut tesserae in ochre, rust, slate blue and soft gray, so the scales and fins read clearly even from a standing height. Small dark diamond accents punctuate the open cream ground, breaking up the negative space without competing with the fish themselves.
The piece is made from natural stone tesserae, cut small and fitted tightly so the background reads as an even, textured field rather than a flat tile. That density of cutting is what lets the fish outlines stay crisp against the lighter ground.
Because the layout is built to order, the fish count, spacing and overall footprint can be adjusted to fit a specific entryway, landing or corridor floor. The palette stays close to what is shown here, keeping the piece grounded in the warm, worn tones of a classical villa interior.
Perfect For:
- Grand entryway floors
- Villa foyers and vestibules
- Staircase landings
- Formal hallway floors
- Classical-style dining room floors
- Mediterranean-inspired home interiors
Greek Key Fan Border Floor Mosaic
This Greek Key Fan Border Floor Mosaic lays out a radiating fan pattern in stone tesserae, framed by a tight meander key border. The Greek key floor mosaic reads as a formal floor centerpiece, the kind laid in grand entry halls and reception rooms of classical villa interiors.
The composition builds outward from a central point in fan-shaped segments, each wedge set with small square stone pieces in alternating tones. A companion running wave border sits above the main field, echoing the same classical vocabulary in a narrower band along the wall line.
Cut from natural stone tesserae, the piece carries a beige, terracotta and charcoal palette with warm cream accents. The surface has a honed, matte finish, with tesserae set close and level so the pattern reads clearly from across a room.
The scale suits large floor areas and can be adjusted to fit a specific footprint. As a Greek key floor mosaic it works equally well as a full floor installation or as a bordered inset within a larger stone floor scheme.
Perfect For:
- Villa entry halls
- Formal reception rooms
- Classical-style foyers
- Grand hallway floors
- Museum or gallery interiors
- Period-style residential floors
Classical Column Fragment Floor Mosaic
The Classical Column Fragment Floor Mosaic sets an Ionic capital and a mythic winged serpent into a broken stone floor field, the kind of classical column floor mosaic that reads as ruin and ornament at once. Each fragment sits inside its own key-pattern border, scattered across pale limestone paving rather than lined up in a single panel.
Composition favors irregular, angular stone shapes fitted together like cracked pavement, with the pictorial fragments placed as accents rather than a continuous scene. A small botanical sprig appears elsewhere on the same floor, giving the eye a second, quieter motif to land on between the larger figures.
The piece is built from hand cut stone and marble tesserae, sized unevenly so the surface keeps a worn, antique texture instead of a flat, uniform grid. Ochre, rust, teal and slate chips carry the color, set against the neutral cream stone that makes up most of the floor.
This is floor-set work, made for cafe, restaurant and lobby installations where guests walk over and around it rather than look up at a wall. The scale and cut of the tesserae hold up under that kind of foot traffic viewing, close enough to study the individual chips or from a few steps back where the fragments read as a whole scene.
Perfect For:
- Cafe and restaurant floors
- Hotel lobby entryways
- Boutique retail flooring
- Classical or Mediterranean-themed interiors
- Reception area accent floors
- Museum-style dining spaces
Botanical Bloom Walkway Mosaic
The Botanical Bloom Walkway Mosaic brings a garden's worth of flowers to a single stretch of underfoot floor. This floral walkway mosaic scatters large blossoms and broad leaves across a pale field, each shape cut and set by hand so the petals curl and overlap the way real flowers do.
Composition reads loose and natural rather than gridded, with flowers of different sizes turning at different angles across the surface. A large fanned bloom anchors one corner while smaller sprays and single leaves drift toward the open ground, giving the eye a path to follow as it walks the piece.
Color carries most of the impact here. Petals move through oxblood, rust and warm amber, while leaves darken into bronze and near-black, all of it set against a soft cream field pieced in a fine radiating pattern. The stone and glass tesserae catch light differently at each angle, so the flowers shift in depth as you cross them.
Built for paths, courtyards and covered walkways, this piece is sized and shaped to order. It suits a home entry as easily as a hospitality courtyard, wherever a floor benefits from something more considered than plain paving.
Perfect For:
- Garden entry paths
- Courtyard walkways
- Covered terrace floors
- Villa entrance runners
- Hotel courtyard paths
- Poolside garden walkways
